Research

The goal of the campaign was to increase meal plan sales by 7-10% among off-campus students. Our research showed that many students without meal plans preferred eating at home or off-campus due to factors like upfront costs, limited schedule flexibility, and not seeing the value in a meal plan. To address these challenges, we focused on solutions such as highlighting cost-per-meal savings, promoting the convenience of on-campus dining between classes, and positioning the meal plan as a flexible option that fits into different busy student lifestyles.
